Biggs Street extension has begun

We are pleased to report that work has begun on the Biggs Street extension between NW 59th and NW 60th, adjacent to our Samaritan Treatment and Recovery Services Center project now underway.

During the road construction, we kindly ask our neighbors who use the Agate Beach Neighborhood and Dog Park to avoid the construction zone and find alternate routes to the park. Please see the attached map that shows the “no access” zone. Right-Of-Way Layout for Biggs Street Work We anticipate the road construction will be completed later this fall. At that time, the road will be available for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. However, we would continue to urge caution in the area as construction continues on the treatment center building and site. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
