Construction begins in August

Contractors for Lincoln County’s new substance use disorder residential recovery center will install a temporary construction fence around the 5840 NW Biggs property on Wednesday, August 2. Within the next couple of weeks, you can expect to see contractors doing site preparation work so that construction can begin. The target completion date is August 2024.
